LAS CRUCES - One of El Paso's most-wanted fugitives was captured Thursday night by Las Cruces police.

Richard Rohr, 28, is charged with theft (between $1,500 and $20,000) in El Paso as well as battery and being a fugitive from justice.

Rohr was listed as one of El Paso's 10 most wanted fugitives this week and is a suspect both in that city and Las Cruces in a number of church burglaries, according to the Las Cruces Police Department.
