The Doña Ana Sheriff's Office responded to the following incidents Wednesday
• Criminal property damage was reported at 9:14 a.m. on the 800 block of Vistoso Loop.
• A cell phone was reported stolen at Gadsden Middle School at 12:52 p.m.
• A supplemental report was filed by another victim at 4 p.m. in the investigation of the recent theft of brass flower urns at Hillcrest Cemetery allegedly committed by Juan and Alberto Torres, the latter an employee of Evergreen Cemeteries in El Paso.
• A burglar alarm went off at 4:30 p.m. on the 1200 block of Sita Way. The home owner was found to have forgotten the proper pass code.
• Deputies responded to the 1400 block of Dropseed and the 100 block of Church Street between 5 and 5:30 p.m. after two reports of residents receiving telephone calls from people who falsely claimed to be family members in Mexico. In this common scam, the caller says they've been involved in a car crash and need money. In both cases Wednesday, residents did not send money and contacted law enforcement instead.
• A 16-year-old male and a 14-year-old male were charged with breaking and entering and criminal property damage after allegedly being caught at 5:36 p.m. in an abandoned trailer on the 3100 block of South Main Street. At least one of them was reported to be smoking marijuana inside the trailer. Juvenile Probation released the two to their parents.

• A tractor stolen in Fort Worth, Texas, was recovered at 7:26 p.m. at 170 Pete Domenici, the Santa Teresa Port of Entry.
• A domestic disturbance was reported at 7:26 p.m. on the 900 block of Lara Road.
• Deputies responded at 8:28 p.m. to the 700 block of Kelli Court after a 14-year-old female allegedly said she wanted to kill herself and then ran from the home. Deputies found the girl and she agreed to be transported to the hospital for an evaluation.
• A loud party was reported at 9 p.m. in the area of Butterfield and Higgins. A deputy failed to make contact with anyone.
• Larceny was reported at 9 p.m. on the 6500 block of Jeffries, where 24 new blankets in their original packaging were reported stolen.
• Ramiro Corona, 35, was arrested after a traffic stop at 9:42 p.m. at Sunny Sands and Alexander on an outstanding warrant from New Mexico State Police charging contempt of court.
• An arrest was made for aggravated drunken driving and negligent use of a firearm due to intoxication at 10:28 p.m. in the area of N.M. 26 and Franklin in Hatch.
• Deputies assisted Motor Transportation Police at 10:45 p.m. with a stalled semi truck at N.M. 404 and I-10.
• An undercover Las Cruces Police Department officer requested assistance with a suspicious vehicle parked in the lot of Picacho Elementary School at 11 p.m. A deputy found that the vehicle was broken down and its owner was waiting until day to get it back.
• Trespassing was reported at an unknown time on the 100 block of Dia Y Noche
• A home's garage door and exterior walls on the 400 block of Eslinger Road was covered in black graffiti at an unknown time.
• Diego Martinez, a passenger in a traffic stop at El Paseo and Boutz, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• A vehicle driven by Michael Gillespie was seized under county ordinance after a traffic stop at Valley and Hadley revealed his identification had been revoked.
