The Doña Ana Sheriff's Office responded to the following incidents between Friday and early Tuesday:

Monday

• Criminal property damage was reported at 8:23 a.m. on the 200 block of San Benino, near Hatch. Broken windows and damage to the inside of the home were discovered.

• Larceny more than $2,500 was reported at 8:30 a.m. on the 1700 block of West Washington. A dump trailer was reported to be hooked up by an unknown suspect and driven away.

• Desiree Martinez was arrested after a traffic stop at 8:30 a.m. near South Main and St. James on several outstanding arrest warrants from the sheriff's office and New Mexico State Police.

• Carlos Uzueta was arrested at 9:53 a.m. at Magistrate Court on a warrant charging a probation violation. Uzueta was transported to jail.

• Larceny over $500 was reported at 10:30 a.m. on the 200 block of Lisa Drive. A cell phone was allegedly stolen from a middle school.

• A warrant was served at 10:32 a.m. on Carnelean Allen, an inmate who had an outstanding warrant for arrest at the jail.

• Vanessa Vargas was arrested after a traffic stop at 10:36 a.m. near Holman Road and Linda Vista Road on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Deputies stood by for a domestic situation at 10:40 a.m. on the 1500 block of Dream Walker Way.

• Deputies responded to an affray at 11:46 a.m. on the 1300 block of West Washington. All three juveniles were suspended from school

and two were charged with public affray.

• Passing motorists reported people fighting at 12:07 p.m. on Stern Drive. A man was reportedly walking along the road while a female was driving her car next to him as they argued.

• Deputies responded to a reported domestic disturbance at 12:14 p.m. on the 9000 block of Conejo Road. The male and female were allegedly arguing over items and moving out. The male left the scene and was found at the family's home.

• Drug paraphernalia was found at 12:20 p.m. on the 400 block of County Line. It was turned over to the evidence department for destruction.

• A supplemental report on a runaway or missing person was filled out at 12:51 p.m. on the 5800 block of Stern.

• Ricardo Calderon was arrested at 3:25 p.m. at Magistrate Court for an outstanding warrant and was transported to the jail.

• A burglary was reported at 4 p.m. on the 7100 block of Fox Road. The victim alleged unknown persons pried open the back door and took items from the home between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

• A child custody dispute was reported at 4 p.m. on the 5800 block of Stern Drive. The parents were allegedly arguing over custody issues and had no parenting plan. They were referred to district court.

• Deputies responded to an argument between a father and daughter at 4:30 p.m. on the 300 block of Carriage Hills Road. At the request of the father, the daughter left the residence for the evening.

• A burglary was reported at 4:36 p.m. on the 200 block of Waterfront. Several items were reported taken over several days.

• A hit and run was reported at 4:42 p.m. on the 10 block of South Trevino. A rock wall was struck and damaged.

• An El Paso hospital at 4:49 p.m. reported possible child abuse on the 300 block of Gala Way. The incident is under investigation.

• Deputies responded to a report of telephone harassment at 5:02 p.m. on the 200 block of Merida.

• A rape was reported at 5:18 p.m. on the 600 block of Paseo Real. The alleged rape was determined to have occurred in El Paso and the investigation was turned over to authorities there.

• Deputies responded at 5:24 p.m. to the 800 block of Fourth Street for a report of a possible overdose. The subject was taken into protective custody and transported to the hospital.

• A possible overdose was reported at 5:40 p.m. on the 1700 block of Lou Andes. The subject transported to hospital via ambulance for bad reaction to medication.

• A structure fire was reported at 5:51 p.m. on the 1900 block of Livesay. The investigation was turned over to the fire marshal.

• A rape of a child was reported at 6:53 p.m. on the 1900 block of Livesay. The alleged crime was determined to have happened in El Paso, where authorities are investigating.

• Telephone harassment was reported at 7:30 p.m. on the 600 block of Hermosa.

• Harassment was reported at 7:40 p.m. on the 1800 block of Church.

• Harassment was reported at 7:50 p.m. on the 1100 block of Adams.

• A domestic disturbance was reported at 8:50 p.m. on the 5300 block of Vista Real. A male engaged in an argument agreed to leave for the night.

• A domestic disturbance was reported at 10:28 p.m. on the 20 block of Arellano, but turned out to be an incorrigible child.

• Paige Martin was arrested on an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop at 10:30 p.m. near Do-a Ana and Dalrymple Road.

• A dispute between a mother and her adult daughter was reported at 11 p.m. on the 800 block of North Fourth Street. The daughter was allegedly standing out in the cold after her mother kicked her out of the apartment. She ended up picking up a friend and going to the friend's home in El Paso.

• Corey Mays was arrested on two warrants after a traffic stop at 11 p.m. near Ironwood Court and Ramrod Force. He was also cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and his vehicle was towed.

Tuesday

• A vehicle was towed after a traffic stop at 1:30 a.m. at University and Solano Drive, which revealed the driver's license was suspended.

• An open door was reported at 1:50 a.m. on the 100 block of Dillion. The building was checked and found to be abandoned.

• A burglar alarm went off at 2 a.m. at Do-a Ana Elementary. Deputies discovered an open door but the building did not appear to have been burglarized.

• Suspicious circumstances were reported at 3:15 a.m. at a traffic stop near Hillrise and Telshor when several electronic items were found in the vehicle. The case was referred to the Las Cruces Police Department.
