LAS CRUCES - Beginning Tuesday, Do-a Ana County road crews will close Hot Peppers Road between N.M. 213 and Shiprock Road in Chaparral to make improvements to a low-water crossing area. Construction is expected to be completed by Feb. 11.

Warning signs and detours will be posted. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays in the construction area. Motorists also are reminded to exercise caution in all areas where workers are deployed.
