•Juan Nino, 35, detained by the Las Cruces Police Department on a warrant for failing to appear at a pre-trial appointment.

•Leonard C. Flores, 34, detained by adult probation and the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on charges of driving with a suspended license, speeding and violating probation.

•Paul Sedillo, 38, detained by the U.S. Marshals Service on charges of being a felon and receiving a firearm.

•Albert Mondragon, 34, detained by the U.S. Marshals Service on charges of violating probation by possessing a firearm during a drug crime (methamphetamine possession).

•Anil Sharma, 31, detained by the Las Cruces Police Department on charges of battery against a household member and interference with communication.

•Cody Archer, 22, detained by the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on a warrant for failing to appear after driving with a suspended license.

•Maria Limon de Chavez, 45, detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement on a charge of violating federal immigration laws by illegally re-entering after deportation.

•Lupe Teresa Ortiz, 36, detained by the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

•Jonathan Nolen, 28, detained by the Las Cruces Police Department on charges of assault against a household

•Jose A. Carpio, 43, detained by the Las Cruces Police Department on a warrant charging failure to appear.

•Osvaldo Padilla Suarez, 27, detained by adult probation on a charge of failing a drug test and violating probation.

•Gabriel L. Espinosa, 38, for transport to a court commitment.

•Jahaziel Pinon, 23, detained by the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on a charge of testing positive for THC and violating probation.

•Patrick McVay, 24, self-surrendered for a court commitment.

•Michael A. Gamboa, 39, detained by the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on a charge of failing to pay fines on a charge of intoxicated driving.

•Eleazar Guerrero, 58, detained by the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on a warrant charging failure to pay fines.

•Daniel Herrera, 34, detained by the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on a charge of violating parole by consuming alcohol.

•Miriam Sifuentes, 24, detained by the Sunland Park Police Department on charges of failing to appear and failing to pay fines on a charge of failing to yield or stop on a highway.

•Luther Whelan, 35, detained by the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on charges of aggravated drunken driving, failing to obey traffic control devices and driving with a suspended license.

•Benito Brown, 30, detained by the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on a charge of failing to pay fines after an accident involving damage to a vehicle and failure to use due care.

•Luis R. Perez, 19, detained by the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on two statewide warrants charging failure to appear and failure to maintain a traffic lane, no license and no insurance.

•Bobby Joe Marquez, 48, detained by the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on charges of breaking and entering, criminal property damage (more than $1,000), criminal property damage (less than $1,000) and resisting arrest.

•Renee Garcia, 29, detained by the Las Cruces Police Department on a charge of failing to appear on a shoplifting charge.

•Esteban Duran, 32, detained by the Do-a Ana Sheriff's Office on a charge of failing to pay fines on a charge of resisting arrest.

•Holly Toenniges, 21, detained by New Mexico State Police on charges of aggravated drunken driving (2nd offense), driving with a suspended license and speeding.
