LAS CRUCES - Several loud booms that shook homes from downtown Las Cruces to the Telshor area were the result of a large-scale training exercise from Holloman Air Force Base.

The booms were reported just after 9 p.m. Thursday, according to the Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority.

Officials with the 49th Wing have not scheduled any F-22 flights for Saturday or Sunday, but schedules are subject to change. Flights could continue for the next six weeks.
