LAS CRUCES - The city's garrison flag will be flown Monday at Veteran's Memorial Park, 2651 Roadrunner Parkway, in observance of Martin Luther King Day.

Interested residents are invited to help military veterans raise the flag at 8 a.m., and lower it at 5 p.m. Monday. No formal ceremonies will be conducted.

The flag is flown on all traditional and patriotic American holidays.
