NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY President Barbara Couture addresses faculty and staff Tuesday in the music recital hall during the spring convocation. She gave seven goals for the upcoming semester; the first one was to "Strengthen our commitment to diversity of faculty, staff, and students, anchoring our path to excellence in an unwavering commitment to access and tolerance."
