LAS CRUCES - The New Mexico State University Police Department will be offering a pepper spray course 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday. The course will provide instruction on the proper use and legal parameters of pepper spray.

Participants will need to purchase a can of pepper spray as well as a training module in order to attend. These materials cost $25 at the Barnes & Noble campus bookstore. To register, e-mail amfranci@nmsu.edu. Upon registration you will be given information on the items to purchase as well as the location of the class.
