LAS CRUCES - Due to the low temperatures, the pet adoption event scheduled for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the downtown Farmers Market has been canceled.

However, pet adoptions today at Pet's Barn will take place as planned from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at 1600 S. Valley Drive.
