Larry Fowler, of Animas, checks out an antique Charles Daly laminated steel double-barrel shotgun Saturday during the Sunrise Lions Club annual charity knife and gun show held for the first time at the Las Cruces Convention Center. Fowler later purchased the antique firearm. The show benefits the Lions Survivor Camp, a summer camp for deaf and hard-of-hearing children that lets them ride horses, camp, swim and climb the rock wall at New Mexico State University.
