The Doña Ana Sheriff's Office responded to the following incidents between Friday and Tuesday morning.
Friday:
• Deputies at 12:10 a.m. checked on the welfare of a man reported to be depressed and not sleeping well lately on the 4900 block of Raven. No threats were reported but the man was reported to be hallucinating and worried people were watching him because he was out of work.
• Aggravated battery with a deadly weapon was reported at 1:30 a.m. A witness reported seeing a man walking on Moongate Road before being approached by a white Cadillac sedan containing six males, who allegedly got out of the car, yelled the name of their gang and struck the victim in the head with beer bottles. The victim suffered a laceration on his forehead and was taken to the hospital but refused to make a report or name the suspects.
• Deputies assisted in a search for a vehicle suspected to be involved in a robbery at 2:30 a.m. at Eros Video, a white Suburban with custom rims and blacked-out tail lights, at 2:30 a.m. A male and a female were briefly detained and the male was later arrested on a probation revocation.
• Deputies stopped a black pickup truck containing several occupants at N.M. 460 and Starlight in Anthony, N.M. at 11:50 a.m. Several open containers of alcohol were allegedly found in the vehicle and the occupants were cited.
• Two girls got into a fight at Gadsden High School at 4:13 p.m. and were cited for public affray.

• A 12-year-old boy was injured in an ATV rollover at 4:39 p.m. on Motorlane.
• Jesus Garcia, a juvenile, was detained at 5 p.m. and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on the 7500 block of Shoestring Ranch. Garcia allegedly broke a beer bottle and threatened his father during an argument.
• Eddie Vasquez was charged with driving with a suspended license and his vehicle towed after a traffic stop at 5:13 p.m. near Lincoln and Clark Streets in Anthony.
• Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance and a runaway at 5:53 p.m. on the 600 block of Berino Road in Berino. The juvenile returned home and was cited for disorderly conduct and running away. He had allegedly been throwing items around inside the home and arguing with his mother.
• Graffiti was discovered on playground equipment at Loma Linda Elementary School at 5:56 p.m. A witness reported seeing a boy writing obscenities on a piece of playground equipment in black marker. The boy was contacted at his mother's home and disciplined by his mother, who arranged to have the boy clean up the graffiti and apologize to the principal of the school.
• A residential burglary was reported at 6:29 p.m. on the 9000 block of Westside Road in Anthony. The owner had left his door unlocked while he was out of town.
• A driver was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana at 6:52 p.m. near Larimer and Bataan Memorial East. The vehicle was seized.
• An 18-foot red flatbed trailer with a load of pecan wood tied down to it was reported stolen at 7:06 p.m. from the 4300 block of Southwind.
• Two warrants were served to Mark Samaniego at 7:38 p.m. at the detention center.
• Lights were seen in the desert area near Leeberry Court at 8 p.m. What was thought to be an abandoned vehicle turned out to be a fifth-wheel camper.
• Joel Dominguez was charged with driving with a suspended driver's license and arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear after a traffic stop at 8:31 p.m. near mile marker 2 on Anthony Drive. His vehicle was towed.
• Carla Morales was arrested on a warrant after a traffic stop at 8:37 p.m. near N.M. 228 and N.M. 478.
• Devin Beauregard was arrested on a charge of violating his probation after a traffic stop at 9 p.m. in a desert area near Del Rey. Another passenger in the vehicle allegedly had firearms. Adult Probation authorized Beauregard's arrest.
• A driver was cited for traffic offenses and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop near Anthony Drive and Elm Street at 10 p.m. The 2002 Pontiac was towed.
• Deputies assisted in locating a suspect in an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon while assisting the Hatch Police Department at 10:04 p.m. on the 100 block of N.M. 187.
• A female was reported missing for two days at 10:25 p.m. from the 3600 block of Valdez. A deputy found her as she was driving back to her residence.
• Victor Abarca was charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:26 p.m. on the 800 block of Clark Street in Anthony.
• A driver was cited for driving with a suspended license and failure to dim headlights after a traffic stop at 11:15 p.m. near Thorp and El Camino Real. The vehicle was towed.
• A driver was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:17 p.m. after a traffic stop near Porter and Bataan Memorial West.
• A driver was cited for driving without a license and insurance after a traffic stop at 11:58 p.m. near Calle Las Lomas and Del Rey. The vehicle was towed.
• Two juveniles were cited for criminal property damage at Gadsden Middle School in Anthony, N.M. No time given.
• Two juveniles were cited for possession of stolen property at Gadsden Middle School in Anthony, N.M. No time given.
• Cesar Varela was arrested in Chaparral for two outstanding warrants from Otero County, charging failure to appear, after a traffic stop on State Line Road on charges of speeding. No time given.
• Victor Garcia was arrested in Anthony on Camargo on outstanding warrants charging intentional child abuse, false imprisonment, two counts of battery against a household member and interference with communications. His bond was set at $25,000. No time given.
• A juvenile at Gadsden High School in Anthony, N.M. was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. No time given.
• A juvenile at Santa Teresa High School in Santa Teresa, N.M., was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. No time given.
• A vehicle that had been reported stolen in Albuquerque was recovered at the Santa Teresa port of entry. No time given.
Saturday:
• Nora Mendoza Thomas was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on charges of aggravated drunken driving at N.M. 478 and Forrest after a traffic stop for no license plate light. Thomas allegedly refused to take any sobriety tests.
• Willie Yanez was arrested on a warrant at 12:56 a.m. after a traffic stop at 3 Crosses and Alameda. He was also charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Deputies responded to the 400 block of Timbers at 1:09 a.m. after a 911 hangup. The occupants were trying to call El Paso and misdialed.
• Three teens were stopped after a report of a suspicious person at 1:31 a.m. near Fourth Street and Putter Circle, in the area of the Anthony Water and Sanitation Offices. The teens - two 17-year-olds and one 15-year-old - allegedly smelled of alcohol and admitted to drinking alcohol. They were cited for allowing themselves to be served alcohol and were released to their guardians.
• Deputies responded to a complaint of a loud party at 1:35 a.m. on the 800 block of Hettinga. Deputies found a small group of people in an apartment listing to music. They were advised to turn down the music and did so.
• Armando Lira was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and another warrant after a traffic stop at 2 a.m. for turning without a signal. No location given.
• Jasmin Yazzi was arrested and charged with drunken driving at 2:30 a.m. after a traffic stop near Nacho and Lohman.
• Victor Cataneda was arrested on a warrant at 2:30 a.m. on N.M. 187, mile marker 2.
• A disturbance was reported at 2:51 a.m. on the 5600 block of Good News Way after an autistic juvenile allegedly had a violent episode with parents. No injuries were reported.
• Deputies responded to the 700 block of Amador in Chaparral, N.M., in Otero County, to assist Otero deputies responding to an affray in progress at 3:25 a.m. The parties involved were identified and detained and the investigation was turned over to Otero County.
• The theft of a trailer was reported at 5:23 a.m. on the 2700 block of Do-a Ana Road.
• Harassment was reported at 6:30 a.m. on East O'Hara Road.
• A vehicle was towed at 7:35 a.m. near N.M. 478 and East Organ Road after the driver could not produce a license.
• Criminal property damage was reported at 8:05 a.m. on the 9300 block of Bataan Memorial. A fence was cut to gain entry to a property, but nothing was stolen.
• A vehicle was towed after a traffic stop at 9:10 a.m. after the driver allegedly failed to stop. No location given.
• A juvenile was referred to Juvenile Probation at 9:32 a.m. after a domestic disturbance. No location given.
• A family disturbance was reported at 9:38 a.m. on the 300 block of Baines after a mother and daughter had an argument about non-payment of rent.
• Jacob Banegas was arrested and charged with aggravated drunken driving after a traffic stop at 10:30 p.m. near Union and McDowell.
• Harassment was reported at 10:45 a.m. on Redrock Court.
• Theft of a license plate was reported at 11:11 a.m. on the 1500 block of Windmill.
• A warrant was served on Rachel Solis after a traffic stop on Weisner and Tammy Lane. No time given.
• A non-residential burglary was reported at 11:28 a.m. on the 200 block of West Union. The suspect broke a large window to enter the building and tried to use a cutting torch to open a vending machine. Nothing was taken.
• A driver was arrested and charged with aggravated drunken driving, evading arrest and leaving the scene of a crash at 3:51 p.m. after a deputy attempted a stop for speeding and the driver allegedly tried to flee and ran over a stop sign.
• Martin A. Perez was arrested at 4 p.m. at U.S. 70, mile marker 157, for being a fugitive from justice with a warrant out of El Paso.
• Larceny was reported at 4:04 p.m. on the 500 block of Esslinger Road. A $1,200 well pump was stolen from a field.
• Harassment was reported at 4:59 p.m. on the 400 block of Timbers in Anthony, N.M.
• Ramses Garcia was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license after a traffic stop at 5 p.m. His vehicle was towed.
• A residential burglary was reported at 5:13 p.m. on the 9600 block of Missile Lane. Jewelry and copper wire were reported stolen.
• Ismael Porras was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop at 5:26 p.m. at Jornada and Bataan Memorial West.
• Maclovio C. Morales was arrested at 5:33 p.m. on a state police warrant carrying a $1,200 cash bond.
• Saul Gonzalez was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 6:33 p.m. at Jornada and Engler.
• Deputies responded to the 5300 block of Lonewolf at 6:37 p.m. after a civil dispute over a court order.
• Donaciano Galvez was arrested at 7 p.m. on a state police warrant and a sheriff's office warrant.
• Criminal property damage was reported at 7:35 p.m. No location given. Complainant's car window was broken by a BB or pellet.
• Andy Nevarez was arrested on a warrant after a traffic stop at 7:52 p.m. at Mesa Grande and Calle Bella.
• Miguel Angel Cano allegedly ran from police after being identified at 8:04 p.m. during a traffic stop on the 5400 block of Porter.
• Battery was reported at 8:12 p.m. on the 200 block of Vargas. The complainant reported being slapped.
• A motorcycle was towed at 8:42 p.m. from University and Valley after its driver was found to have no license.
• Christopher Bernal was arrested and charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol at 9:32 p.m. after a traffic stop at Mesa Grande and Bataan Memorial West.
• Prowlers were reported at 9:45 p.m. on the 800 block of Fourth Street, where new apartments are being constructed. No one was found.
• A residential burglary was reported at 9:50 p.m. on the 700 block of Hummingbird in Las Cruces. The victim came home and found the front door seemingly kicked in and several items missing from inside.
• Two male subjects were reported to be seen running through the fields on the 100 block of Mustang at 10:30 p.m.
• Threats and a stabbing were reported at 11 p.m. on the 300 block of Baines in Hatch. The male victim was allegedly stabbed by his girlfriend during an altercation. He was transported to the hospital after complaining of chest pains due to the chest wound. An investigation resulted in Candelaria Hernandez being arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
• Harassment was reported at 11:25 p.m. on the 3800 block of South Main after a dispute between landlord and tenant.
• Oralia Campos was arrested and charged with drunken driving at 11:30 p.m. after a traffic stop at Garnet and Sonoma Ranch.
Sunday
• A loud party was reported at midnight from apartments on the 800 block of Clark.
• Gabriel Chavez was arrested and charged with a warrant and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 12:05 a.m. at Picacho and Main Street.
• Mark Powell was arrested and charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 12:42 a.m. at Scott and Arroyo.
• A domestic disturbance between two brothers was reported at 12:56 a.m. on the 4400 block of Lamar. Jesus Talamantes was allegedly intoxicated and assaulted the responding officer.
• Nicholas Scott was arrested and charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 1:13 a.m. at University and Valley.
• A person who had called 911 and hung up at 2:30 a.m. reported a possible domestic disturbance on the 800 block of Clark. Residents at that address were just being loud.
• A caller reported an uninvited person showing up to a party at their house at 2:45 a.m. on the 3900 block of Stone Brook Court. The person was located and charged with being a minor allowing themselves to be served alcohol.
• A prowler was reported at 5:30 a.m. near Vado Drive and Ella Mae. No one was found.
• A runaway was reported at 8:48 a.m. on the 2200 block of North Valley Drive. A girl had allegedly left the girls' shelter without permission.
• A suicidal subject was reported at 12 p.m. on the 11100 block of Westside in Anthony, N.M. The male had taken two Tylenol.
• A vehicle was impounded at 12:02 p.m. after a traffic stop on Chile Road in Hatch, N.M. after the driver could not produce a license.
• Phone harassment was reported at 1:01 p.m. The victim, in Oregon, reported her ex-boyfriend was calling and harassing her at her new home.
• A motorcycle crash was reported at 1:30 p.m. in La Union. The crash investigation was turned over to state police.
• Two patients at the Casa de Oro Nursing Home were reported to be battering each other at 1:36 p.m. One patient was transported to the hospital.
• A resident of the 100 block of Calle de Lucero reported someone calling her from Mexico asking for money at 3 p.m.
• A domestic disturbance was reported at 3:59 p.m. on the 800 block of Clark Street. A 15-year-old girl was cited for battery against her 45-year-old stepmother. She was released to her mother.
• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 4:10 p.m. at Cholla and Stern. The driver had a suspended license and the vehicle was towed.
• A vehicle was towed after a traffic stop for a lane violation at 4:30 p.m. at Bataan Memorial East and Holman Road after it was discovered the driver had a suspended license.
• Isidro Martinez was arrested at 5 p.m. on a warrant after a traffic stop on the 100 block of North Church Street for a seat belt violation.
• A car crash was reported at 5:21 p.m. near Do-a Ana School Road and Do-a Ana Road. The driver had allegedly been texting on his phone when he veered off the road and hit a light pole.
• A domestic disturbance was reported at 5:41 p.m. on the 2700 block of Anthony Drive. The argument was verbal only.
• Deputies responded to the 900 block of McKinley, where CPR was in progress on an unresponsive 62-year-old female who was taken to the hospital at 5:45 p.m.
• A verbal domestic between a husband and wife was reported at 5:50 p.m. on the 9400 block of Arrowhead. The husband departed the residence.
• A vehicle was towed after a traffic stop for a stop sign violation at 7 p.m. at Holman and Bataan Memorial West. The driver had no license.
• A domestic disturbance was reported at 7:30 p.m. on the 800 block of Eisenhower. Humberto Rey was arrested and charged with battery on a household member and battery after allegedly hitting his ex-wife and his 14-year-old nephew.
• A 14-year-old boy was charged with being in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana at 7:33 p.m. near Church and Ruth. The boy was released to his mother.
• A vehicle was impounded at 7:40 p.m. near McCombs and Stateline after the driver was found not to have a license.
• Timothy Gonzales was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on an order from Adult Probation after deputies responded to a report of a loud party at Shalem Colony and Black's Bridge.
• Deputies checked on a person at 8:30 p.m. on the 1400 block of Anthony Drive. The subject was located and was fine.
• Deputies responded to Edgemont and Sanderling at 8:45 p.m. after a report of a subject screaming and kicking over trash cans. While in the area, they located two suspicious individuals at Ridge and Casa Lindas, one of whom was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Telephone threats were reported at 9:05 p.m. on the 9200 block of Higgins Lane. The reporting party reported their neighbor was threatening them in reference to stolen newspapers.
• A residential burglary was reported at 9:07 p.m. on Lost Dutchman Way. Electronics were reported stolen.
• Jesus Chavez, 29, was arrested and charged with aggravated drunken driving, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and two warrants after a traffic stop at 9:26 p.m. near Shore Oaks and O'Hara.
• A public affray was reported at 9:35 p.m. on the 1800 block of Desertwind Way. Two of the four persons involved left prior to police arrival. No injuries were reported.
• A verbal domestic was reported at 10 p.m. on the 5300 block of Pebble Brook. Deputies separated the brother, sister and niece.
• An aggravated robbery was reported at 10:20 p.m. on the 800 block of East Thorpe, the Chucky's Food Mart. A Hispanic male wearing a white jacket and ski mask reportedly entered the store demanding money from the employee while holding a knife to his neck. The suspect fled before police arrived.
• Jerod Taylor was arrested on a warrant after a traffic stop at 10:35 p.m. at Shalem Colony Trail and Rocky Acres Trail.
• A residential burglary was reported at 10:42 p.m. on Thorn Way. Electronics were reported stolen.
• Deputies responded to a family disturbance at 10:49 p.m. on the 600 block of Hermosa.
• Matthew Torres allegedly tried to run away from deputies after being stopped for a tag light violation at 11:21 p.m. at Picacho and Motel Boulevard.
