ALBUQUERQUE - The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions' unemployment insurance call center will be open Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. During these extended hours, claimants can contact the call center by calling 1-877-664-6984.

The unemployment insurance claims system can also be accessed through the website, www.dws.state.nm.us, and will be available 3 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. The unemployment insurance toll-free phone option, 1-877-664-6984, will be available 24 hours a day for normal self-service functions.
