Daniel retired from the Army as the top ranking noncommissioned officer after having dedicated 32 years to the service. Robinson arrives from Fort Bliss, with more than 26 years of service. His awards include the Bronze Star, the Meritorious Service Medal and the Army Commendation Medal.
