LAS CRUCES - Mayor Ken Miyagishima touted an "extremely strong" Las Cruces during the annual State of the City address at City Hall.

During the 25-minute speech Wednesday - his fourth since being elected 2007 - Miyagishima, 47, touched on several topics: the city's economy, its growth during the past three years, and his vision of how the city should grow:
