LAS CRUCES - Members of Navy Training Wing 4 from the Naval Air Station in Corpus Christi, Texas, are training at the Las Cruces International Airport for the next two months. Members arrived the first week of January and will continue to train until April 11. There are about 70 students and 30 instructor pilots, along with various other personnel, with 26 T-34 Bearcat trainer aircraft available for training.

The team regularly comes to Las Cruces because of excellent weather, uncongested airspace and the support of the community, according to city officials. To see more pictures of the training exercise, visit www.lcsun-news.com and click on More Galleries in the Media Center.
