The Doña Ana Sheriff's Office responded to the following reports early Monday

• A female at 1:17 a.m. reported her brother had parked on a dirt road near Ohara Road attempting to overdose on his mother's pills because he was going through a divorce. She led Emergency Medical Services to his location and he was transported to the hospital for evaluation and treatment.

The Doña Ana Sheriff's Office responded to the following reports Sunday

• Harassment and vandalism were reported at 1:29 a.m. on the 1400 block of Livesay. A resident was outside drinking a beer when he said he saw a black 2001 Chevy Camaro drive up and its occupants get out and threw rocks at him. The rocks reportedly hit a parked vehicle in the driveway.

• A vehicle was impounded at 3:40 a.m. after a traffic stop near Stateline and Autumn Sage because its driver allegedly had no driver's license.

• Baltazar Guadalupe was cited and arrested for allegedly driving with a suspended license at 3:51 a.m. after a traffic stop for a headlight violation near Lee and an alley south of Polk.

• Citations were issued for four minors allegedly in possession of alcohol and trespassing at 3:30 a.m. after a call about a party on the 5000 block of Del Rey.

• A son was detained and charged with criminal property damage and a probation violation at 2 a.m. after a physical altercation between him and his father was reported at 2 a.m. on the 4500 block of

• Harassment and criminal property damage were reported at 9:26 a.m. on the 9500 block of Antares Road. The victim claims a neighbor has been harassing him for several months and making threatening gestures and believes he shot out the victim's windshield with a BB gun.

• Phone harassment was reported at 12:15 p.m. on the 1800 block of Church Street. A female reported her ex-boyfriend had been harassing her by calling her and text messaging her. A deputy went to the suspect's residence and told him to stop contacting the female.

• Ramon Cervantes was arrested at 12:42 p.m. after a traffic stop at mile marker 11 on N.M. 478 for two Magistrate Court warrants charging failure to appear in court and failure to pay fines. Cash bond was set at $1,192 and his vehicle was towed.

• Andrea Ellis was arrested on a warrant out of Socorro, N.M. after a traffic stop at 1:14 p.m. near Holman Road and Arroyo Road. Her bond was set at $400 cash and her vehicle was towed.

• A driver was arrested on a warrant and issued citations and a passenger was cited for not wearing a seat belt after a traffic stop for expired registration at 1:51 p.m. on the 600 block of Paseo Real.

• A deputy was flagged down by a motorist at 1:59 p.m. on the 600 block of Paseo Real and advised of a theft of power tools.

• Harassment was reported at 3:25 p.m. on the 3900 block of Calle de las Margaritas. The victim reported her boyfriend's juvenile sister was threatening to report the victim to the Children, Youth and Families Department for alleged unsafe conditions at her home. Deputies checked out the victim's home and found it satisfactory but were unable to make contact with the suspect.

• Jose Ayala, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and charges of resisting arrest after deputies were called to the 5300 block of N.M. 478 about ATV traffic at 4:24 p.m.

• A vehicle was towed at 6:15 p.m. after its driver, who allegedly had a suspended license, was stopped for having a cracked windshield. No location was given.

• Johnny Gutierrez was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on the 3100 block of El Camino Real and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal property damage after he allegedly slashed a neighbor's tires with scissors, then threatened the neighbors.

• A hit and run was reported at 7:01 p.m. near McNutt and Crawford. A vehicle traveling west on McNutt, trying to make a left turn onto Crawford, was allegedly struck by a gray Ford Taurus that was traveling south on McNutt.

• Deputies responded to a possible weapons call at 7:05 p.m. on the 6000 block of Calle Bronce. The issue turned out to be a verbal argument between neighbors over an ongoing disagreement over events that happened several months ago. After investigation and authorization to search, no weapons or possible weapons were found.

• Theft was reported at 7:40 p.m. at the Texaco in Vado after a male wearing a red cap, a black shirt and blue jeans allegedly ran out with a bottle of Hennessy cognac and a 30-pack of Budweiser beer.

• A man died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head at 7:55 p.m. on the 200 block of West Taylor.

• A 26-year-old male was taken to an El Paso hospital at 8:24 p.m. after a vehicle fire that engulfed it and a second vehicle nearby on the 1100 block of Gardner. The investigation was turned over to the Fire Marshals Office.

• A domestic disturbance was reported at 9:15 p.m. on the 5200 block of Creek Trail. The male involved in the verbal argument was voluntarily escorted to another address for the night.

• A man requested advice at 9:45 p.m. on the 9700 block of Corona about a situation in which his wife's brother was allegedly allowing the complainant's 4-year-old son to ride on the brother's motorcycle.

• Elisa Rocha was cited for no driver's license and her vehicle towed at 10:45 p.m. after a traffic stop for speeding near McCombs and Hermosa.

• Theft was reported at 11:08 p.m. at Vado Travel City. The suspects allegedly took an 18-pack of Budweiser and a bottle of tequila, which was dropped upon their exit. The suspects are believed to have stolen from the same store before. One was described as having a tattoo that said "Mesa" on his forearm. The suspects allegedly fled in a silver Honda with a black hood.

• Rosa Bretado was arrested on a no-bond New Mexico State Police warrant from Otero County for violating conditions of her release and aggravated drunken driving at 11:14 p.m. at the Santa Teresa Country Club Bar after deputies were called to a report of an intoxicated subject who was being loud and disorderly.
