The following indictments were returned Dec. 3 by a Do a Ana County grand jury:

•Maxsimiliano Ambriz, 30, 104 Palo Verde, Sunland Park, N.M., is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (a knife), two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and kidnapping on Oct. 16.

•Curtis Lee Armstrong, 359 Bianes, Placitas, N.M., is charged with two counts of residential burglary and larceny on Nov. 9-10.

•Alonzo Baray, 23, NMSU Garcia Hall, Apt. B321, Las Cruces, is charged with felony cocaine possession and criminal property damage on Nov. 16, while on conditional release.

•Javier Fredico Castaneda, 38, 316 E. Lucero St., Las Cruces, is charged with drunken driving (three prior convictions), possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, negligent use of a deadly weapon (intoxication), driving with a suspended license and improper registration display on Sept. 16.

•Kalyn Taylor Conway, 22, 2801 W. Picacho Ave., Space 17, or 5155 Silver King Road, Las Cruces, is charged with residential burglary and larceny on Aug. 17. She is also awaiting trial for forgery.

•Lorenzo D. Chavez, 23, 704 W. 17th Lane #2, Portales, N.M., is charged with three counts of criminal property damage and vehicle burglary on Oct. 2.

•Guillermo Memo Frias, 27, 2832 Gray Quail Place, Anthony, N.M., is charged with aggravated battery against a household member causing great bodily harm and false imprisonment on

•Elena Garcia, 36, 4621 or 4619 W. Picacho, Las Cruces is charged with aggravated drunken driving (three prior convictions), careless driving, driving with a suspended license, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and concealing identity on Oct. 7.

•Hector Jacquez Garcia, 19, 1001 Madison St., Anthony, N.M., is charged with aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer on Oct. 15. Garcia, who was on probation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, allegedly injured two motorists in a head-on collision after leading police on a pursuit that reached such dangerous speeds, police called off the chase.

•Claudia Gonzalez Giron, 31, 201 Miller Street, Anthony, N.M., is charged with vehicle burglary and larceny on Nov. 8.

• Joshua Coronado Giron, 30, 413 McArthur, Las Cruces, an alleged gang member, and Veronica Martinez, 23, of Mesilla Park, are charged with negligent child abuse (child tested positive to cocaine and meth) on Sept. 23. Martinez is also charged with criminal property damage, battery against a household member and a second count of negligent child abuse on Sept. 18.

•Patrick Pete Gonzalez, 35, 1126 W. Taylor Road or 2200 Holiday Ave., Space 64, Las Cruces, is charged with aggravated drunken driving (four previous convictions and one charge pending), driving with a suspended license, speeding, expired registration and concealing identity on Oct. 3.

•David Christopher Jones, 52, 1904 June Court or 4187 Mission Bell, Las Cruces, is charged with aggravated drunken driving (four previous arrests), speeding and driving with a suspended license on Sept. 18.

•Roy Lee Lopez Jr., 18, 1865 Anderson Drive, Las Cruces, is charged with vehicle burglary, conspiracy, contributing to the delinquency of a minor on Oct. 25.

•Francisco Parra Martinez, 56, 527 E. Picacho or 206 Conway, #9, Las Cruces, is charged with aggravated drunken driving (three previous convictions), driving with a suspended license, refusing to stop for an officer and failure to signal on Sept. 9.

•Jose Luis Mendoza Mascorro, 29, 10209-23 Popocateptl, Juárez, Mexico, is charged with marijuana distribution (44 pounds) on Nov. 21.

•Carmello Herrera Medellin, 29, 111 Estancia, Vado, N.M., is charged with aggravated drunken driving (three previous convictions), expired registration, driving with a suspended license and concealing identity on Aug. 26.

•Viola Anne Nu ez, 34, 1211 East Hernandez, Apt. E, or 8955 Engle Heart, Las Cruces, is charged with cocaine trafficking (47 grams), methamphetamine possession (.1 grams), marijuana distribution (4.27 ounces), concealing identity and possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 12.

•Christopher Isaac Ochoa, 18, 1828 Charlie Smith Drive, El Paso, is charged with two counts of residential burglary, larceny and two counts of criminal property damage on May 31 and June 17. His criminal history in Texas includes three charges of theft (once of a firearm), aggravated assault, unauthorized use of a vehicle and evading arrest.

•Larye Dean Parkins, 42, 1401 S. Espina, Las Cruces, is charged with aggravated drunken driving (five prior convictions), failure to maintain traffic lane, driving with a suspended license and possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle on Sept. 25.

•Hector E. Perez, 20, 5880 El Camino Real or 2410 Sunridge Road, Las Cruces, is charged with felony cocaine possession on Nov. 6.

•Jose Benitez Pineda, 28, a citizen of Mexico, is charged with cocaine trafficking (146 grams) and conspiracy on Nov. 5.

•Darion S. Powels, 18, 1901 Patricia Court, Las Cruces, is charged with receiving a stolen vehicle on Nov. 4.

•Pete Jacques Rigales Jr., 32, 5800 Stern Drive, Space F3, Las Cruces, is charged with non-residential burglary and larceny on Oct. 31.

•Sylvia R. Riggs, 29, 1404 1/2 Tin Street, Truth or Consequences, N.M., and Vanessa A. Robinson, 36, 121 Black Range, Elephant Butte, N.M., are charged with methamphetamine trafficking, two counts of conspiracy and distribution of imitation drugs on June 28 and July 12. Both remain in custody in Sierra County for similar charges.

•Arthur Rockstraw, 19, 670 Ritter Road or 2008 Calle de el Paso, Las Cruces, is charged with vehicle burglary, conspiracy, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and larceny on Nov. 9, while on juvenile probation. He has five prior convictions for vehicle burglary and three for larceny.

•Hector A. Sanchez, 20, 600 Crossett Lane, Space 32, Anthony, N.M., is charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (a firearm), tampering with evidence and resisting arrest on Sept. 12.

•Jesus V. Sedillos, 55, 2940 Do a Ana Road, Las Cruces, is charged with selling alcohol to a minor on Oct. 16.

•Max R. Silva, 29, 549 Coronado Drive, Bernalillo, N.M., is charged with kidnapping, aggravated burglary, two counts of criminal sexual penetration, intentional child abuse and battery against a household member on Nov. 17.

•Sonia Soto, 23, 301 S. Almendra Apt. A, Las Cruces, is charged with aggravated battery against a household member with a deadly weapon (a knife) and tampering with evidence on Oct. 31.

•Ruben Montoya Talavera, 25, 145 Green Valley Court, Mesquite, N.M., is charged with residential burglary and larceny on Oct. 5.

•Francisco Humberto Torres, 43, 1720 E. Idaho, Las Cruces, is charged with drunken driving (seven prior convictions), possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, driving with a suspended license and speeding on Sept. 24.

•Ryne Andrew Yoder, a.k.a. Ryne Galloway, 25, 301 E. Motel Blvd. or 3115 Camino Real #116, Las Cruces, is charged with receiving stolen property (a guitar) on Sept. 12 while on probation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (a steel jack handle).

•Leonel Vega Zubiate, 43, Calle Gustavo Castillo #7431, Juárez, Mexico, is charged with criminal sexual penetration on Nov. 15. He remains in custody with an immigration hold.
