LAS CRUCES -- New Mexico State University will celebrate finals week with the biannual pancake supper, 9 to 11 p.m. Tuesday at Taos Restaurant on the first floor of Corbett Center. To prepare for the event, Taos will be closed from 7 to 9 p.m.
The menu consists of pancakes and made-to-order omelets all cooked by a variety of staff, faculty, coaches and administration, including Provost Wendy Wilkins and President Barbara Couture as well as her husband. The cost is free for students with a meal plan or a canned food item and $2 for all others.
