LAS CRUCES -- The Harlem Ambassadors, an international, co-ed basketball team, will play a team of Las Cruces business leaders in a charity fundraising game 7 p.m. Thursday to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern New Mexico.

The game will be played at O-ate High School, 5700 Mesa Grande Drive. Tickets purchased in advance are $7 for students and seniors and $9 for adults. At the door, tickets will cost $9 for students and seniors, and $11 for adults.

The Harlem Ambassadors have partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern New Mexico to help raise funds for youth mentoring in southwest New Mexico. The Ambassadors play a unique brand of Harlem-style basketball, featuring high-flying slam dunks, dazzling ball-handling tricks and hilarious comedy routines.
