CHAPARRAL - With a key person on holiday leave, solid-waste coupon sales have been suspended at the Chaparral substation of the Doña Ana County Sheriff's Department, according to a county news release.

Coupon sales at that location will resume Jan. 4.

The Doña Ana County Utilities Department apologizes for any inconvenience.
