LAS CRUCES - One person was treated for smoke inhalation Monday following a fire inside a manufactured house in the 2200 block of Holiday Avenue.

The Las Cruces Fire Department quickly extinguished the fire, which is still under investigation with no cause and no damage amount determined.

Sixteen firefighters were dispatched just after 5:30 pm Monday. Upon entering the house, firefighters quickly located items in a bedroom on fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire and confirmed all occupants had evacuated.
