JCPenney, 4-H to partner on roundup

LAS CRUCES - JCPenney in the Mesilla Valley Mall is partnering with the Doña Ana County 4-H during a Roundup Event from Dec. 1-14.

Customers can choose to round up their purchases to the next whole dollar, with the proceeds benefiting 4-H. The 4-H program will use the funds for outreach and educational events, 4-H agent Eva Madrid said.
