•The O ate boys baseball team is sponsoring its Baseball Camp Toy Drive again this year and will donate toys at 4:15 p.m. Monday to children at the Child Crisis Center, The El Caldito Soup Kitchen and Jardin De Los Ni os, located at the Mesilla Valley Community of Hope Center. O ate baseball coach Reyes asked Santa Claus and some O ate baseball players, who are riding in on a fire truck, to deliver the toys this year.
Tuesday
•Jazz Film Series double feature: "Holiday Inn" and "White Christmas" films will be shown Tuesday at the Rio Grande Theatre, 211 N. Downtown Mall. "Holiday Inn," starring Bing Crosby, Fred Astaire, Marjorie Reynolds and Virginia Dale with will be shown at 7 p.m. "White Christmas," starring with Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye and Rosemary Clooney will be shown at 9 p.m. Both are free. •Photo Frame Ornament class for kids will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at Las Cruces Railroad Museum, 351 N. Mesilla St. Drop off your child aged 7 through 12, while you finish your last-minute shopping. Children will make a picture frame ornament - complete with a photo of themselves - while they watch "The Polar Express" and enjoy a light snack. Class size is limited. Registration is required. •The NMSU Gospel Choir will share in song and worship with New Heights at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2550 Don Roser Drive. •Dance ballroom, swing, and Latin styles the music of the High Society Orchestra from 8 to 10 p.m. Thursday with the Big Band Dance Club at the Las Cruces Country Club, 2700 N.
