LAS CRUCES - Most Do a Ana County office will be closed Friday, Dec. 24, and Friday, Dec. 31, to allow employees time with their families during the Christmas and New Year's holidays. The administrative offices of the Do a Ana County Sheriff's Department will be closed, but law enforcement and emergency services in the field will be continuous.

Do a Ana County's eight solid-waste convenience stations - in conjunction with the South Central Solid Waste Authority and the Corralitos Landfill - will close at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24, and Friday, Dec. 31. All facilities and stations will be closed all day on both Christmas and New Year's Day.
